He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Chouinard (Susan) of Minneapolis, MN and Danny Chouinard (Lynn) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Katherine, Julianna, Cameron and Valerie; and his brother Louis Chouinard of Littleton, NH. He is also survived by extended family, in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
