He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth (Thomas) and Arthur Collins Sr.; his siblings, Marie Costa, Catherine Buono and Arthur Collins Jr of Wareham, MA; and his former wife Mary Gleason Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Collins (Springer); and his children, Paul J Collins Jr of Colorado and Fiona Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
