He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Jr.; and his brother Joseph Ruel, III. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Ruel, Jr. (Rogers); his significant other Linda Gillingham of Gorham, NH; his children, Brian Ruel (Kelly), Bradley Ruel of Derby Line, VT and Angela Ruel of Bennington, VT; his grandchildren, Matthew, Damon and Rhaelynn; and his brother Michael Ruel of Manchester, NH.
