He was predeceased by: his father William Paine. He is survived by: his parent Clare Paine (King); his sons, Ashton Paine of Brighton, MA and Tyler Paine of Gorham, NH; and his siblings, Nancy Aube (Gary) of Falmouth, ME, John Paine of Hooksett, NH and David Paine of Ipswich, MA.
