He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Alan Lowe, Sr. and Norah Daley Lowe; his siblings, Marion Horne, Carolyn Conway, Vyron Lowe and Joyce Chaffee; and his son Gordon Lowe III.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Lowe (Lacasse); his grandchildren, Christa and Philip Rousseau; his sons, Eric and Morgan Provost; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Lowe and Ray Conway. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
