He was predeceased by: his parents, JoeAnn Hayes Taylor and James Walter Taylor. He is survived by: his brother Joe; his sister-in-law Toni Taylor; his nephews, Jonathan Taylor and Gregory Taylor; his niece Sara Taylor of Bedford, NH; his brother Tim Ballard (Kim); his nephews, Alec and Kyle; his sister Lori Ann Lane Leighly (Scott); his nieces, Lauren and Lindsey; his sisters, Linda, Mary, Lisa, Debbie and Karen; his friends, Stacy Swafford, Janet, Mike Mixon, Joyce and Ralph Bruno; and also, James and Nick. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his honor to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
