He is survived by: his parents, John Issertell and Sophia Issertell; and his siblings, Judie Hermann (Joe) of Goffstown, Jack Issertell (Kathy) of Buckeye and Joe Issertell (Karen) of Fort Meyers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and several cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jeffrey's honor may be made to Special Olympics.
