He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bell Perkins and Sarah Perkins (Schricker). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Perkins (McKinney); his children, Daniel M. Perkins, Jill Perkins East (Wesley East), William Perkins (Simone Perkins) and James Perkins; his stepchildren, Turney Jenkins Munson (Alan Munson) and Christopher Jenkins (Tricia Jenkins); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Sarah and Nicole Perkins.
