Frances E Towne Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances E Towne (Goffstown, New Hampshire), who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse W. Byam and E. Josephine Byam (Upton); her husband Howard Towne; and her brothers, Donald E. Byam, Harold H. Byam and George E. Byam.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian H Towne (Donna) of Durham, ME, Daniel L. Towne of New Boston, NH, Rodney B. Towne (Gina) of New Boston, NH and Bradley C. Towne (Rick) of Concord, NH.; her grandsons, Dennis Towne (Barbi) of Bosque Farms, NM, Derek Towne (Sheila) of Freeport, ME and Noah Towne of New Boston; and her great grandchildren, Deann Towne, Nash Towne, Hunter Towne and Porter Towne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the French & Rising Funeral Home (17 S Mast St, Goffstown, NH 03045). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Community Church of New Boston (2 Meetinghouse Hill Rd, New Boston, NH 03045). A burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Boston Cemetery.
