It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwight Gary Townsend of Goffstown, New Hampshire, born in Randolph, Vermont, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Stuart Townsend; his parents, Dwight H. Townsend and Thelga Townsend (Stoddard); and his brothers, Lawrence Townsend and James Townsend.

He is survived by: his children, Steven Townsend, Shelby Townsend and Kayla Oakley; his stepson Michael Maddox; and his brother David Townsend. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
