He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Loiuse and Neil Locker; and his former wife Rita Marie Locker (Mead). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Locker (Goodwin); and his sons, Mitchell (Elaine) and Jonathan (Deb). He is also survived by five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
