She was predeceased by: her husband Ellsworth Blake; and her son Elwin Blake. She is survived by: her parents, Henry Young and Florence Young (Sias); and her children, Susan Blake, Mary Melendy, Barbara McGuire, Nancy Clair, Blanche Bartlett and Bonnie Olds. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
