He was predeceased by: his parents, Althea Dunn Bolton and Elmer George Bolton; and his brother Richard Andrew Bolton. He is survived by: his children, Philip (Susan), Connor, Miles, Grant, Andrew (Susan), Emily, Rachel, Paul, Peter (Jean), Matthew, Kathleen, Julie Bolton, Jim (Sarah Bolton), James, Quinton, Dawson and Howard Chun; and his pet Jeremiah.
