She was predeceased by: her parent Alden W.. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy I. Witham (Thomas); her spouse John Provencal of Gilmanton; her children, Christine White of Bristol, Carol Hodgkins of Gilford, William Provencal of Gilmanton and George Provencal of Gilmanton; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lockwood Donovan, Lela Hodgkins, Andrew Provencal, Matthew Provencal, Felicia Provencal, Danny Provencal and Connor Lemay; her great grandchildren, Hannah Donovan, Logan Donovan and Jaxxen Sanborn; and her siblings, Allen Witham, Alden Witham, John Witham, Kenny Witham, Peter Witham, Dottie Bowler, JoAnn Holbrook and Cindy Donley. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
