He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Lavin (Hall) of Gilford; his children, Richard Lavin (Nancy) of Merrimac, MA and Maureen Whitford (Gordon) of Newton; his brother John Lavin (Patricia) of Gilford; his grandchildren, Connor Whitford of Newton, Gina Whitford of Newton, Heidi Lavin of Haverhill, MA and Cathy Lavin of Norfolk, VA; and his great grandchild Cheyenne Siguenza.
