He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Joseph and Ruth Marion Buczak (McNeil). He is survived by: his significant other Jamie Girard; his daughter Nicole M. Girard; his son-in-law Sean Meyerhoffer; his grandson Wesley Meyerhoffer of Centennial, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Girard of Marstons Mills, MA, Jodi Greene (Rick) of Worcester, MA and Jeff Girard (Nancy) of Marstons Mills, MA. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew; and many extended family and friends.
