He is survived by: his mother Beverly Theis of Georges Mills, NH; his former wife Pamela; his children, Joseph (Shawna Theis), Nicholas (Jessica Theis) and Alicia (Peter Castello); his siblings, Linda (Robert Lemieux), Brian and Jennifer Theis of Irvine, CA; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jamie, Michael and Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Jameson, Owen, Aubrey and Alexander.
