He is survived by: his children, Debbie M. Willis (David A.) of Hampton, NH, Tammy L. Ogren (Derek) of Billerica, Lee M. Poulin (Marc) of Brentwood, NH and Brian K. Bixby of Milton, NH; his sisters, Margaret Rogers, Charlotte O'Leary of Bradford and Mary Strangman of Haverhill; and his grandchildren, Russell Wheeler III, Michael Wheeler, Jacquie Mosher, Derek Ogren, Jr., Cameron Ogren, Scott Bixby, Brianna Bixby, Deirdre Bixby and Rachel Poulin. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
