She was predeceased by: her parents, Napoleon LaPlante and Marcella LaPlante (Ambrose); her former husband Aime J. Lemire; her husband Urban Fleury; and her daughter Paula Mango.

She is survived by: her children, Jesse Lemire of Orono, CA, Edwina Barton of Oxford, NC and Donna Hewitt of Durham, NC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren.
