He was predeceased by: his parents, Osro Morrill and Mildred Morrill (Tucker); his wife Cecile Cora Morrill (Addison); his sister Jean Morrill Bean; and his nieces, Gail M. Krauz (Bean) and Sally J. Bean.
He is survived by: his brother Richard T. Morrill (Patricia) of Church Hill, TN.
