She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Laroche and Leonille Laroche (Gobeil); her husband Leonard Downes; and her siblings, Roger Laroche and Lucille Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Memeré, Ernest Downes (Dina), Brenda Johnson (Daniel) and Linda Murphy (Shawn); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew Johnson, Allison Quinn, Tyler Murphy and Jerikko Downes; and her brother Maurice Laroche (Jeannine).
