He was predeceased by: his parents, Mearl Leon Cutter and Norma Maud Cutter (Drew) of Milton, NH.; and his grandparents, Vivian, Frank Cutter of Farmington, NH, Dwight and Eunice Drew (Downs) of Milton, NH.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vivian Eunice Carlson (Cutter) of Franklin, NH and Allen Dwight Cutter (Sheila Cocharn) of Candia, NH.; his girlfriend Pricilla Early (Cilla) of Franklin, NH; his children, Todd Cutter and Brooke Kailah Cutter of Lebanon, ME; and his nephews, Chad, Greg and Jason Gautreau.
