She was predeceased by: her husband Jack L. Carlson; her daughter Paulette Wood; her great grandchild Tyler Metalious; and her parents, William H. Jameson and Beatrice M. Clark (Miller).

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Blad of Northwood, Freddie Starkweather of Sanbornton and Laurie.
