He is survived by: his parents, Zachary St. Jacques and Natasha Chase; his siblings, Christopher Chase, Athena St. Jacques and Serenity St. Jacques; his aunts and uncles, Shyann Chase, Kaylee Chase, Gabe Chase, Dakota Chase and Morris St. Jacques; his grandparents, Christina, Anthony Chase, Brenda St. Jacques and Wilfred Durgin, Jr.; and his great-grandparents, Betty, Irving Phillips and Wilfred Durgin.
In accordance with state and local guidelines, all attendees must wear face-coverings and adhere to social distancing as directed.
