He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Simpson and Hazel Simpson; and his brother Howard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Simpson of Franklin; his children, Gregory Simpson of Franklin and Stephanie Taylor (Philip) of Tucson, AZ; and his grandchildren, Evan Taylor, Brendan Taylor (Jesse), Danielle Simpson and Sabrina O'Keefe.
