It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Williams (Franklin, New Hampshire), born in Ipswich, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 7, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Williams and Dorothy Williams (Richard); her siblings, Mark Williams (Diane) of Franklin and Ann Foisy (Roger) of Cumberland, RI; her nephew Craig Williams (Shannon); and her great-nephews, Spencer of Lunenburg, MA and Colin of Lunenburg, MA.
