She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Humphrey and Ellie Humphrey (Brown); her children, David Fielden, Brenda Bacon and Dorothy Chase; and her great grandchild Tiffany Fielden.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Fielden of Lebanon, NH; her brother Victor Humphrey of Forney, TX; and her granddaughters, Tammy and Karen. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
