He was predeceased by: his parents, Madge Burnham (Dyke) and Gustave Fredolph Johnson; and his sisters, Irene Vivian Johnson, Grace Mildred Banfill and Gladys May Johnson.
He is survived by: his sister Lois Ellen Johnson of Grafton, NH.
