She is survived by: her mother Rosalie Lievens; her husband Richard Coltey; her mother-in-law Constance Coltey (Richard Coltey); her daughters, Heather Lievens and Amber Burgan-Mayville; and her sisters, Dawn Wright and Melissa Lievens. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and her several nieces and nephews.
