He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Blais and Ellen Blais (Devoid); and his brother Glenn Blais. He is survived by: his children, Sean, Nicholas, Adam and Jennifer (Linda Mussey); and his sisters, Linda Mezzapelle of Sanbornton, Tina Carey of Sanbornton and Bonnie Carignan of Northfield.
