She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Melick and Martha Melick; and her brother George. She is survived by: her significant other Laurence Anderson; her brother Chuck Melick (Marcia) of Atlanta; and also Thomas Ouellett (Elaine). She is also survived by three nieces.
