She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Charles Nowell Sr. and Barbara May Nowell (Richards); her son Shawn Samuelson; and her sister Sandra J. Matava. She is survived by: her husband Samuel F. Samuelson of Franklin; and her siblings, Anita M. Hernandez of Northfield, Earlene (Frank Perreault) of Madison, Cheryl Mangrum of Reno, NV, Kenneth J. Major of Hampton, VA, Earl F. (Cheryl Nowell) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Frederick C. Jr. (Pamela Nowell) of Dallastown, PA. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
