It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Mayo of Franklin, New Hampshire, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Kiloczki and John Kiloczki; her husband Robert D. Mayo; her sister Mary Piekarz; her grandson Jonathan M. Mayo; her sister Stella Newcomb; and her son-in-law Ronald Oxland.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas E. Mayo (Josephine) of Penacook, Gary S. Mayo (Jeannine) of Stevensville, MT, Patricia A. Oxland (late Ron) of Sunapee and Cheryl A. Ulma (Todd) of Grangeville, ID; her grandchildren, Corey Oxland (NH), Zachary Mayo (UT), Grady Mayo (CT), Karen Oxland Lindsey (NH) and Sarah Mayo (VT); her great grandchildren, Alexa Jenkins, Riley and Jaime Oxland; and her sisters, Louise Babineau of Franklin, Katherine Dickens, Helen Bilodeau of Dover and Lillian Kurowski of Portsmouth. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.

At Anna's request, there are no calling hours or flowers but donations in her memory may be made in her name to the Franklin Outing Club or to a charity of one's choice.

“To the Mayo Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Anna was a very special woman and dearly loved.. She is one of the last of a special group of friends and Franklin Outing Club members. It is the end of an era. She will be missed. Beth-Holly (Morrill) LaDuke”
