He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Horne and Doris E. Horne (Moses); and his siblings, Donald, David Horne, Deveda Horne, Delores Quimby-Sinner, Deanna MacKay and Donna O'Haire.
He is survived by: his children, Dakema Besemer (Larry) of Campton, NH, Deane Horne (Karen) of Littleton, Randy Horne of Portland, OR, Donald Horne of LaPine, OR and Jesse Horne (Mandy) of Woodstock, NH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and countless friends.
