He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Starkey and Agnes Starkey of Arlington, MA; and his son Sean Starkey. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Lindsay (Norman) and George Starkey (Sandra); his wife Genevieve; his daughters, Colleen Lussier (David) and Lisa Young (Peter); his daughter-in-law Jessica Starkey; and his grandchildren, Emma, Benjamin, Paige, Charlotte, Paul and Henry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
