He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur B. Collins and Virginia Collins (Fleck). He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Collins (Moes) of Fitzwilliam; his children, Jenny Chumley (Jeffery) of Kearneysville, WV, Francis Collins (Monika) of Nashua, NH and Robert Collins (Kelly) of Stoddard, NH; his grandchildren, Nicholas Dean, Jr., Catherine Dean, Natalia Collins, Eliott Collins, Lucas Collins and Lauren Collins; and his sisters, Kathleen Collins of Royalston, MA, Patricia Kirchner (Robert) of Stockton, NJ and Barbara Collins of Troy, NH. He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew.
