He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy J. Yates (Kuriger); his parents, Frederick Yates and Albina Yates (Pageau); his brothers, Edward and Everett Yates; his children, Michael Yates of Lynchtown, ME, Julie Merrill of Dover and Paula (Christian Kuselias) of North Hampton; his stepdaughter Jayme (Dan Thibeault) of Milton; his grandchildren, Jacob, Brandi, Ella, Katie and Sydney; and his great grandchild Levi.
