He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Hazel Chadbourne (Libby) and Francis C. Chadbourne; his wife Maxine (Mills); his granddaughter Leighanne Mayotte; his great grandchild Duston Weidner; and his brothers, Lawrence, Franklin, Herbert and Albert Libby.
He is survived by: his children, Jana Mayotte (Frank) of Lebanon, ME, Duane Chadbourne of Sanbornville, NH, Dan Chadbourne (Cynthia) of Lynnfield, MA and Valerie Ward (Jeff) of East Wakefield, NH.; his grandchildren, Stephanie LaVigne, Allison Galvin, Adam Chadbourne, Jason, Robert, Devon and Lucas Ward; his great grandchildren, Alex Mayotte, Xander LaVigne, Michael Galvin IV, Christian, Scarlet, Ivy and Lily Ward; and his siblings-in-law, Dwight Mills, Thurman Mills (Fern), Wayne Mills (Sandy), Hilda Day (Forrest), Frances and Marie Libby.
