He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Milton Jones and Doris Jones (Price); his brother Lawrence Jones; and his children, Lance Tarmey and Jody Tarmey.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie M. Jones (Glidden); his children, Fern (William Brennan), Lisa Tarmey (Shawn Linscott), Ernest (Tina Jones) and David (Erica Jones); his grandchildren, Travis Hunt, Tiffany Kennedy, Amber Day, Hayden Jones, Nate Linscott, Michael Linscott, Alizabeth M. Jones, Christian Jones, Ernest M. Jones II, Grace M. Jones and Ryan Jones; and his brother Donald (Sandra Jones). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
