He was predeceased by: his father Sidney Green. He is survived by: his mother Melissa Green (Myers); his wife Vicki L. McDonald; his children, Dominic J. Archambault, Kellen C. McDonald and Kaitlyn R. McDonald; his grandchildren, Ciara and Justice; his brother Jason Green (Carly); his nieces and nephews, Molly and MacKenzie; his sister Stephanie Green Abner (Jamie); and his nieces and nephews, Megan, Michael, Mikayla, Amber and Derek Buzzell.
