She was predeceased by: her sisters, Beulah M. Smith and Maureen R. Hunter. She is survived by: her parents, William T. and Leona M. Leighton (Grace); her son Martin (Heidi Stanley); her granddaughter Candace Stanley; her brother Rodney W. Leighton of Alton; and her significant other Lawrence. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
