It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Cardinal of Farmington, New Hampshire, born in Rochester, New Hampshire, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Cardinal and Rita Cardinal (Coulombe); her cousin John (Sheila Cardinal); her friend Joanne Paquette; and her godson Michael Paquette.
