He is survived by: his wife Jenness Tufts (Hapsis); his sons, Timothy Allen Tufts and Joshua Spruce; his mother Octavia Richardson; his siblings, Oliver (Jessica) and Desiree Tufts; his nieces and nephews, Teagan House, Alexandra F. Tufts, Alex Hapsis, Jazmin Hapsis, Robert Hapsis, Gabbi Patch, Tylah Duff, Kaiden Duff, Owen Smith and Evan Smith; his mother-in-law Margaret J. Hapsis-LaPointe; and his siblings-in-law, Vanessa Hapsis Smith (Heath Smith) and Shane Hapsis (Rebecca Gray-Hapsis). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
