He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa; and his brother Larry Downs. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence E. and Stella Downs; his wife Deborah L. Downs (Bodwell); his children, Frank W. Downs, Jr., Ted Moody, Regina Nason and Judy E.; his husband Howard Patch; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Austin, Corporal Howard Patch Jr., Kevin, Brandon and Adam; his great grandchild Adeline; his siblings, Rodney (April Downs), Donna, Chuck, Shirley, Tim, Dottie, Bob, Rose, Sandy and Sharon; his mother-in-law Audrey; his brother Charles Bodwell; and also, Sandy Bodwell, Lance Bodwell and Andrea Bodwell. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
