He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Robin Wade, Forest "Butch" Hartford, Jr., Carla Bickford, Pamela Willard, Robert Goings, Jr., Patricia Sprague, Wendy Locke and Brian Emery; and his siblings, Ruthie Mandigo, Larry Hartford and Steven Hartford, Sr.. He is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
