She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A. Gerlack and Dorinda I. Gerlack (Come); her siblings, Henry Gerlack Jr., William Gerlack, Alfred Gerlack, Clarence Gerlack, Shirley Smith, Madgeline Gerlach and Cecilia Brown; and her son Harry MacKenzie Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Frederick MacKenzie (Joyce), Robert Gray Jr., Michael Gray, Dorinda Louise, Ellen Champney and Carlena Martin (David); and her siblings, Rolla Gerlack (Dale), Frank Gerlack (Marchelle) and Della O'Mullen (Edward). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
