He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eva Demers (Dionne) and Odias Demers; his cousin Dennis Doiron of Gardiner; his wife Betty; his sister Claire Rivard; his brother-in-law Paul Rivard; his nephews, Paul Rivard of Andover and Donald Rivard of Franklin; his great-nephews, Andre Rivard, Gabriel Rivard and Christopher Rivard; and his great-niece Sonya Benham. He was also cherished by great-great nephews and generations of cousins.
