He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester F. Whitney and Carol Whitney (Allison); and his sister Barbara York of Alton. He is survived by: his wife Jo A (Thompson); his children, Jamie Delaney (Sean) of Athol, MA and Marc (Leah); his grandson Lincoln of Barnstead; his son Stephen Whitney Sylvain (Tammy); his grandsons, Ryan and Tayler of Nottingham; and his siblings, Ruth Skids of Missouri, Joanne Hillsgrove (Bob) of Claremont, Arnold of Oklahoma, Kathryn of Milton and Shirley Brock (Gary) of Gonic. He is also survived by the love of his life and cherished his children and grandkids.
