He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Pike and Betty Pike (Schwotzer); and his brothers, Ralph Pike and Lawrence Pike. He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Pike (Weingart); his children, Anthony Pike, Samantha (Tim Fletcher), James Pike and David (Cynthia Hoisington); and his grandsons, Zachary Pike, Jeffery Pike, Gavin Weingart and Colin Weingart. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
