It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alicia Jo Place-Shorey (Farmington, New Hampshire), born in Rochester, New Hampshire, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy J. Kenny (Worster); and her sister Tina M. Szmyt. She is survived by: her father Terry J. Place (Cynthia) of Farmington; her children, Nathan R. Shorey (Machaela Kropoff) of Dover Foxcroft, ME and Samantha L. Searles (Keith) of Abbot, ME; her siblings, Dave Gordon of Milton, NH, Terry J. "TJ" Place (Samantha) of Farmington and Amy Chamberlain (Dan) of Somersworth, NH; and her grandson Archer Searles. She is also survived by granddaughter; Jaydi Styles, along with aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
